Four Day Meal Plan
One thing I learned is that the better I prepare for the weekend with my meals, the happier we are all. So, our family sticks to clean eating and portion control. It's funny when I started the 21 dayfix 16 months ago my biggest fear was how to make this work with my family.
Well, it was easy. That was the best part we all eat the same meals, just different portions. Now your problay thinking that sounds great but "my kids don't like vegatables" or "my kids are picky." Well, I am not a doctor or a nutritionist however here is my advice, you made them that way so fix it.
Yes, it migth sound mean, but a little tough love now will help them in the future. See if our kids arent getting the nutrients they need they will crave for all of that other bad stuff, especially SUGAR!! The first few weeks putting my foot down wasn't easy, but now I am so much more thankful I did because now they are well rounded eaters, and they are healthy.
Something I loved watching was the documentary Fed Up, it was eye opening. Check it out if you havent seen it.
