It's Time For You, To Have a Virtual Move

Wait what? A virtual move, thats right. So its almost the end of January and I committed to reading the book The Happiness Project this year. and yes I said year becasue I am reading a chapter a month focusing on Gretchen Rubin's principles. If you havent heard about this book, go get it. I didnt decide to read it becasue I wasn't happy, I just wanted to have a happier perspective on all aspects of my life in 2016. And so far, I have been happier; with manifesting, mindset shift and this book I am on track.

So, let me share my thoughts on Month 1; January; Boost Energy; Vitality!

A few things I thought how could I really do better at, like act more energetic, got to sleep earlier, or exercise better. But, during my morning meditations I really focused on how I could do these better and intentionally have shifted my energy to getting more sleep (not earlier, but thats becasue I am not quite a morning person in winter.

Exercising better, to be honest I had been slacking with the excuse from my herniated disc. When I really thought about it I did have lots of work to do better. So, I decided to do a new program, with my husband no excuses.

But, my favorite thing from this first chapter was how toss, restore, and organize!! Everyone wants to start new in January, a fresh start and for me its getting rid of the clutter in the house. I am the first to admit openly I really dislike housework and in this book gretchen says, "that one study suggests that eliminating clutter would cut down the amount of housework in the average home by 40%!!" I WAS SOLD.

The solutuion: imagine you are going to reloacte and move two days from now, as you walk around your home visualizing you are packing things away to move, anything you do not see moving with you......give away!! Duh!! So simple, so I started and by the end of next week I should be ready for "our move."
